Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Manuscript accepted is written in standard Indonesian language or English

The length of the manuscript is approximately 15 pages (or approximately 7000 words), written in A4 paper format, margins: top 3; left 3; right 2; bottom 2, two columns (except for abstract, figure or table whose size cannot be reduced due to its readability), justified, single-spaced.

Manuscript comprises five main headings: Pendahuluan (Introduction); Metode Penelitian (Research Method); Hasil dan Pembahasan (Findings and Discussion); Simpulan dan Saran (Conclusions and Suggestions); Daftar Pustaka (References).

The title of the manuscript must be as brief as possible, and must represent the content of the manuscript.

Authors’ names are written below the tittle, followed by authors’ affiliation and e-mail address.

Abstract is written in two languages: Indonesian and English, as a representation of the manuscript. The abstract should not exceed 250 words for each language format, written narratively comprising aims/objectives, method, and findings of the research/article.

Keywords: words or phrases which are important, specific, or representative to the article.

APA style is used as a reference in citation, references, and writing format.

The references of the article are in the form of journals and non-journals which are published in the last 10 years.

The manuscript should be written in the following TEMPLATE

The manuscript must be in *.doc, *.docx or *.rtf , and sent to the journal system via online submission by creating account in this Open Journal System (OJS)

All Author(s)' names and identity (es) must be completely embedded in the form filled in by the corresponding author: email; affiliation; and each author's short biography (in the column of 'Bio Statement'). [If the manuscript is written by two or more authors, please click 'Add Author' inthe 3rd step of 'ENTER METADATA' in the submission process and then enter each author's data.]

Authors' biography (in the column of Bio Statement) is written in the form of narration, including author's full name, place and date of birth, educational qualification/information started from bachelor degree (S-1) until the latest educational degree, the affiliation in which the author is currently working, phone number, and email address.

All correspondences, information and decisions for the submitted manuscripts are conducted through email written in the manuscript and/or the emails used for the submission. The status of the manuscript can be checked in the OJS by logging in to the journal.

AUTHOR FEE

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)

Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 0.00 (IDR)

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.

 

PROCEDURE TO AVOID PLAGIARISM

After we receive the articles, we send it to the admin who are responsible for Turnitin account that our university has. He will do the scanning process. From the result of scanning, if we do not find any plagiarism, we will forward the articles to the editor. However, if we find that there is a plagiarism, there will be two actions. First, if the plagiarism is less than 40%, we recommend the writer to revise his/her paper/article. Second, if it is more than 40%, we will reject the papers/articles.
